GEORGE TOWN, May 1 — Tun Ramli Ngah Talib was sworn in as Penang's ninth Yang Dipertua Negeri in a full ceremonial event at Dewan Sri Pinang today, taking over from Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak.
